Prices are in Australian dollars.RETURNS POLICY
We accept returns of unassembled shoeboxes and unused laundry bags if they are in the original packaging and if you contact us within 3 days of delivery. Please send us an email with the following information: name, address, contact phone number, date product purchased, a copy of your order confirmation record, the reason for the return and what you would like us to do (replace product or refund money). We are sorry we cannot refund delivery costs for change of mind returns.
We can not refund silicone nipple cover as this is considered underwear. We also cannot refund jewellery.
We currently delivery to Australian addresses. If are an overseas customer please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org We use Australia Post or courier for our deliveries. If it is convenient for you, we prefer to deliver your goods to an address which will have a contact to receive the goods. Shipping charges will be shown once you have entered your shipping details during the checkout process, but BEFORE you have entered any payment details. Approximate shipping charges for 10 shoe boxes are:
- Sydney ($10.95), Melbourne ($14.85), Brisbane ($14.85), Adelaide ($16.05), Perth ($21.85)
Goods will be shipped out within 1 working day. Estimated delivery times by Australia Post are:
- Sydney (1 day), Melbourne and Brisbane (2 days), Adelaide, Perth, Darwin, Hobart (3-5 days), Other (4-6 days).

HOW SECURE IS MY TRANSACTION
We choose to use Paypal to process your credit card payment. When you reach the payment section of the checkout process you will be sent directly to the Paypal secure server. You will notice a padlock icon on the base of your browser which indicates that all information entered there is secure. PayPal are highly regarded for their ease of use and security. Benjibox.com.au does not receive your banking or credit card details. You are not required to become a member of Paypal. If you would prefer to pay by direct debit, cheque or money order, please send an email to email@example.com with your order request and shipping address details.
